# Why are my QR codes not working? Error code QRC001: Invalid QR Code

If you have saved sheets of QR codes from before September 2021 these will no longer work. You will see an error code QRC001: Invalid QR Code.

Log into your account at [https://oxedandassessment.com/](https://oxedandassessment.com/). Your school profile will be shown on the first page, click the View button. You will then see your Classes, click the View button next to the relevant class. Then click the View QR Codes button and print this sheet.

Our system now assigns each child with a single QR code that they can use again and again for as many reassessments as required. Each time you click the View QR Codes button the same QR code will be shown for that child.
