# What if a child that is eligible for targeted intervention has very irregular attendance patterns?

This depends on the capacity of your setting. If you believe you can make it work — for example, by catching up with the child at different times — then we encourage you to go ahead and include them in the targeted intervention group.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, so we encourage you to contact us if you’d like support with scheduling your sessions. That said, we trust your judgment to decide what works best for your setting.
