Our member of staff delivering the programme is leaving for another role, can we pause the programme?

It would be a shame to pause the programme, as we don't yet know how this might affect children's learning and their adjustment to the routine. We recommend training multiple staff members to help mitigate this kind of risk. If that's not possible, training can be arranged at any time — so as soon as you're aware that the practitioner delivering the programme is leaving, you can begin planning a replacement.
