How do NELI Resource Pack replacements work?

Replacement packs can be arranged when a school needs them. NELI Resource Packs are not sent automatically each year, and the number of packs required depends on the number of Reception classes.

How do I request a replacement pack?

If you need a replacement pack, confirm how many packs you require and request them through support. Replacement packs can then be added to the list for ordering.

How many packs do I need?

You need one NELI Resource Pack for each Reception class. If your school has more than one form entry, additional packs can be arranged.

When will a replacement pack arrive?

Replacement packs have been arranged with delivery expected:

• by the next day or early the following week
• within a few days
• in early September, taking into account the summer term holidays

Are resources available online?

Yes. The NELI digital resources library is available from the landing page after sign-in. Select the Digital Resources tile to access it.

What should I do if I need more than one replacement pack?

Confirm the total number of packs required so the additional packs can be ordered.
