If possible, it would be beneficial for more than one member of staff to complete the full online training package (takes approximately 8 – 10 hours), so your school is prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. Your school’s NELI lead can nominate staff to receive training in their teachneli.org account area. Trainees are added to the training by the Oxed and Assessment account holder or one of the account administrators. To register new trainees, you first need to log into your school’s OxEd account [https://portal.oxedandassessment.com/sign-in](https://portal.oxedandassessment.com/sign-in) (this can be accessed either through [www.teachneli.org](http://www.teachneli.org) or [www.oxedandassessment.org](http://www.oxedandassessment.org)) and click the Training tab. ![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) Here you can see who at your school has been invited for training and invite new trainees. If the trainee's name is not visible at the 'Training' tab, they will need to be invited to the account as trainee in the 'Users' tab first. Please note this can be done by the owner or admins of your school’s OxEd account only. If the user is showing in the “Training” tab, you can select the blue “Send Invite” button next to their name. ![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) The training is provided through the FutureLearn online platform. Nominated trainees will be sent an email invitation to register for the nominated training course the following working day.  If a trainee hasn’t received their invitation within 1 working day, they should check in their junk/spam/clutter folder. The email sender will be FutureLearn ([please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com](mailto:please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com)) and the subject line will be “OxEd and Assessment Ltd has invited you to join an online course on FutureLearn.” Access to the training is via email invitation only. There are, therefore, two very important steps that we need you to complete in order for you to be able to access the training: 1. If you are a nominated teacher or teaching assistant, it is very important that you add [do.not.reply@futurelearn.com](mailto:please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com) to your safe senders list – this will ensure that your training invitations reach you. If the invitations do not arrive, please check your Junk folder before contacting out support team. 2. As soon as you receive your invitation email, please follow the link to enrol for the NELI online training course.
