# All our children have scored green (above average) in LanguageScreen – should we still deliver NELI?

Yes! NELI is designed to be targeted towards the five or six children who score lowest on LanguageScreen compared to their peers – most of the time these children’s LanguageScreen scores are below average, but not always. All children, including those who fall within the ‘average’ or ‘above average’ category, can benefit from receiving NELI. As such, we would recommend proceeding by delivering NELI to the children with the lowest scores of the group.
